五谷养生纤體美容代餐
代餐秘籍Formula:
红枣 5-6 热水泡
枸杞子 一把 热水泡
南杏 热水泡
四神粉/ 5
老姜 1 块
青苹果 1粒
黑芝麻粉 2茶匙
做法:
首先把红枣、南杏、枸杞洗干净用热水浸泡,同时处理老姜、苹果切块;准备好後一起倒入搅拌机,温水倒入盖过材料即可。搅拌均匀就可以了。
